The Harvest Pointe Senior Housing Facility, located on a 4.3 acre site located in the Harvest Gold Subdivision of northwest Loveland, is an 80-unit, three-story affordable senior apartment complex. Each unit is equipped with a kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. The facility also has several common areas for recreation, computer access and laundry facilities.

Funding for the Loveland elderly housing development comes from HUD 202 Funds. The abo co-op worked closely with the City of Loveland, the CM/GC, and the Retirement Housing Foundation to achieve a high standard of design while maintaining the original budget.
