The School of Dental Medicine, located at the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus, needed to provide practice space for the Dental School Faculty. This complex renovation required that an existing 3,400 square foot tiered lecture hall be converted to accommodate a waiting room, reception area, manager’s office, new operatories, laboratory, and dispensary for the Faculty Practice Plan Clinic and their Oral Surgery Program. The Faculty Practice Clinic dentists also needed additional offices. A 900 square foot Clinical Seminar room located on the second floor was converted into private office space.

The building was occupied, and the project required extensive coordination to keep the building functioning during construction.
