The abo co-op provided architectural design support services for bridge designers, Felsburg Holt & Ullevig Engineering. The abo co-op designed the pedestrian stair and elevator tower at the end of the bridge. The bridge was an additional span to an existing RTD bridge that spanned I-25 from the Light Rail Station to Inverness. The City of Englewood contracted FHU to extend the RTD bridge to a parking structure at Inverness.
