The Abo Group designed a new Maintenance Facility for the Green Valley Ranch Metropolitan District. The maintenance facility houses 6 work trucks, small utility vehicles, routine maintenance equipment and tools, and includes office space, workshop space with eye wash station, and restrooms. The facility also provides an enclosed community space for public gatherings that could also allow for open, outdoor experiences in the summer months. The public space is separated from the maintenance areas and accessed from a separate entry.

The project was designed to fit contextually into the surrounding residential area and with the public gardens on site.
