the abo co-op provided architectural services for a multi-phase interior restack of the City and County of Denver's Wastewater Management offices within an existing six-story facility. The $5 million renovation occurred on Levels 1, 2, 4, and 6 and was carefully phased to allow the building to remain fully operational throughout construction. The design strategically reorganized departments to improve adjacencies, efficiency, and workflow, introducing a thoughtful mix of open office areas, private offices, conferencing and training rooms, and modernized support spaces. The scope also included the renovation of a specialized laboratory to support wastewater operations.
