The abo co-op was part of the Design/Build team providing design, construction documents, demolition, and interior tenant improvements, including new furniture, for the new BOR space on the 7th and 8th floors. The scope also included asbestos abatement, the remodel of 2 existing toilet rooms on the 8th floor, ADA compliance upgrades, and the relocation of four tenant agencies and a vending room to make room for the BOR.

The project was phased to allow the affected agencies to continue to occupy and operate during construction.
